A 40-year-old man reported an unknown suspect scammed him, resulting in an estimated loss of about $2,300.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"398\" data-end=\"644\">A second report was filed shortly after noon in the 3000 block of Dickens Avenue. A 79-year-old man reported an unknown suspect made charges to his bank account.
