Disturbing video footage captured the\u00a0bloody campus brawl<\/a>\u00a0that left two students injured and two in custody at Westchester Community College on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Several students are seen scuffling on the ground outside the David Swoope Student Center at the suburban college \u2013 with one stumbling away and falling to the ground covered in blood as other students repeatedly yell, \u201cStop!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThey had a knife,\u201d one woman is heard yelling.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was just on my way back to class and then we see a fight break out,\u201d one student eyewitness said. \u201cThe two boys dropped to the floor, and there was just blood everywhere.<\/p>\n

\u201cI rushed to the boy that\u2019s bleeding the most,\u201d she said. \u201cHe was just bleeding out and somebody passed me a sweater and I\u2019m just trying to stop the blood. And the two that did it are just like running around. It\u2019s insane.\u201d<\/p>\n

The student said one victim was stabbed in the back and another in the head, she said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cI think they were arguing just over the course of two days and it built up into a fight,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Among the eyewitnesses to the shocking melee was someone bizarrely dressed as \u201cChester the Viking,\u201d the community college\u2019s mascot.<\/p>\n

Westchester County police said they responded to a 911 call at the Valhalla campus around 12:40 p.m., where they found the two injured students and took the suspects into custody.<\/p>\n

The combatants included both current and former students.<\/p>\n

Someone dressed as the college\u2019s mascot, \u201cChester the Viking,\u201d was at the scene. Obtained by the NY Post<\/p>\n

The victims were taken to Westchester Medical Center, where one is listed in serious condition and may require surgery, police said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The two suspects were taken to Phelps Memorial Hospital in Sleepy Hollow with lacerations but no wounds, with charges now pending against both as of Wednesday evening, cops said.<\/p>\n

In a statement, college officials said county cops were leading the investigation \u201cwith the full cooperation and support\u201d of the school.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur top priority is ensuring a safe and welcoming campus environment for students, faculty and staff,\u201d the statement said. \u201cThere was an incident on campus that has been resolved.\u201d<\/p>\n

Police have not revealed what may have sparked the brawl.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was just like random,\u201d another student said. \u201cI don\u2019t know why. You never think it happens to you or near you until it does.\u201d<\/p>\n
