Anne Hathaway is expecting her third baby with her husband, Adam Shulman<\/p>\n

Hathaway attended a press junket in New York on Thursday, Sept. 17, wearing a black halter dress that highlighted her baby bump<\/p>\n

The actress has been busy promoting her upcoming film Verity, based on Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel of the same name<\/p>\n

Anne Hathaway<\/a> has taken the fashion world by storm since announcing she and husband Adam Shulman<\/a> are expecting their third baby in June<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The actress, 43, has been booked and busy attending events across the world, with back-to-back movie premieres for The Odyssey<\/a> in July and The End of Oak Street<\/a> in August.<\/p>\n

With her next film, Verity<\/a>, coming soon to theaters on Oct. 2, Hathaway was spotted out in New York attending a press junket on Thursday, Sept. 17.<\/p>\n

As with her prior outings, the movie star dressed to impress, this time in a knitted halter dress. The black halter-top design hugged her growing baby bump and was worn with heeled sandals.<\/p>\n

Hathaway accessorized with multiple rings and a black handbag.<\/p>\n

Her flowy brown hair fell to her chest, while oversized sunglasses peeked out from her face, which was dolled up with light blush and lipstick.<\/p>\n

Verity is based on Colleen Hoover’<\/a>s 2018 novel of the same name<\/a> and stars Hathaway, Dakota Johnson<\/a> and Josh Hartnett<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The film tells the story of struggling writer Lowen (Johnson), who is on the verge of financial ruin when she gets the opportunity to complete a series by bestselling thriller author Verity Crawford (Hathaway). Lowen discovers an unfinished manuscript, but it soon leads her to unravel secrets that could change everything.<\/p>\n

With the movie’s premiere date approaching, Hathaway has been keeping up appearances, having recently been seen at Bulgari’s Serpenti Infinito event<\/a> as part of New York Fashion Week on Chelsea’s High Line in New York City.<\/p>\n

The Bulgari ambassador<\/a> looked elegant in a strapless lilac chiffon gown by Alexander McQueen<\/a> and gold metallic heeled sandals.<\/p>\n

Hathaway was recently honored at the 2026 Disney Legends Awards ceremony during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event in Anaheim, Calif. She wore a regal purple gown<\/a> featuring Grecian-inspired draping and a cape by Aflalo while accepting her honor.<\/p>\n

Before the event, PEOPLE chatted with the Oscar winner on the red carpet about her sons, Jonathan, 10, and Jack, 6<\/a>, and their reaction to her latest honor<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“That kind of stuff doesn’t really make it past the front door,” said the actress with a laugh. “It’s all fun and everything, but basically, as soon as I pass the threshold, somebody’s throwing a football at me or asking me to clean out their backpack or asking me to make them a snack.”<\/p>\n

“So the legend status doesn’t really carry any weight with my kids,” she continued. “But they are very excited to meet Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson<\/a>.”<\/p>\n

Verity is in theaters Oct. 2. She also stars in Ron Howard<\/a>‘s upcoming Alone at Down, out on Dec. 25, 2027, and the Days of Thunder<\/a> sequel with Tom Cruise, which will hit theaters in 2028.<\/p>\n
