{"id":350000,"date":"2026-09-18T05:52:14","date_gmt":"2026-09-18T05:52:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/350000\/"},"modified":"2026-09-18T05:52:14","modified_gmt":"2026-09-18T05:52:14","slug":"subway-service-alerts-brooklyn-heights-and-nearby-47","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/350000\/","title":{"rendered":"Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Nearby"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Barring any unforeseen circumstances, this weekend (late tomorrow evening, Friday, September 18 through early Monday morning, September 21) should be a \u201cgreen light weekend,\u201d as there are no planned cancellations, route changes, or station skips directly and negatively affecting service at any local stations.<\/p>\n<p>The following work week \u2013 Monday morning, September 21 through Friday evening, September 25 \u2013 late evenings to early mornings Monday to Tuesday through Thursday to Friday there will be no service at High Street after 9:30 pm, as C train service will end early and A trains will be re-routed to the F line in both directions between 34th Street-Herald Square and Jay Street-MetroTech, and C trains do not serve Brooklyn late at night. This means there will be extra service at York Street in DUMBO.<\/p>\n<p>These are the PLANNED changes affecting local service for this weekend and for the following week.
