The plan lays out priorities for the next decade to advance the city\u2019s Vision Zero initiative, established in 2014 to improve street safety and eliminate traffic deaths.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-base line-height-3\">\u201cWe should not have to wait for another family to lose a loved one before we make a street safe.
