Michael Scalegnio of College Avenue was indicted on Sept. 10 for burglarizing a woman&#8217;s home, where police say a black .45-caliber SAR Arms automatic pistol was recovered. Court documents say he later assaulted a 67-year-old man at Duffy&#8217;s tavern in April, placing him in a chokehold and telling him, &#8220;I&#8217;m going to kill you,&#8221; before leaving.
