She\u2019s back at work today.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gentle recalled Anyia standing her ground when Payne allegedly created a harrowing tug-of-war with his wife and mother in law.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe was saying, \u2018That\u2019s my kid!\u2019 She was saying that more than once,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/09\/17\/us-news\/hero-nyc-cop-praised-as-strong-mom-for-saving-son-from-clutches-of-crazed-kidnapper-while-pregnant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Roberts told The Post<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe lady grabbed him by his shirt on his shoulder, and she wouldn\u2019t let go. She was fighting his grandmother.
