President Donald Trump<\/a> will meet with New York City<\/a> Mayor Zohran Mamdani<\/a> on Monday ahead of the upcoming\u00a0U.N. General Assembly, the mayor’s office confirmed to CNBC on Sunday. <\/p>\n The mayor’s press office said the meeting will take place at Gracie Mansion and “will focus on issues affecting New York City and New Yorkers.”<\/p>\n Mamdani, a 34-year-old democratic socialist, rose to national prominence after winning New York City’s 2025 mayoral election.
