Patrick Clancy and his new wife revealed they are starting a family and cannot wait to tell their new children about the former\u2019s first three children<\/a> before they were tragically slain by his ex, Lindsay Clancy.<\/p>\n

Rachel Danis<\/a>, an infertility specialist who married Patrick Clancy earlier this year, made the announcement as she sat beside him for an interview with \u201c60 Minutes\u201d<\/a> \u2014 his first since his former wife\u2019s high-profile murder trial ended with a hung jury earlier this month.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd you guys are starting a family,\u201d journalist Ross Douthat asked the couple, and Danis confirmed.<\/p>\n

Patrick Clancy said he was excited to share memories of his first children \u2014 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson and 8-month-old Callan \u2014 with his future ones.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think every parent can agree, you have different relationships with your kids, but they\u2019re all your kids. And I can\u2019t wait to tell them about their brothers and sister,\u201d he said during the interview.<\/p>\n

Danis and Patrick Clancy tied the knot in April at an intimate ceremony at the Ladies Pavilion in New York City\u2019s Central Park \u2014 where Danis revealed the couple first met<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Danis and Patrick Clancy tied the knot in April at an intimate ceremony at the Ladies Pavilion in New York City\u2019s Central Park \u2014 where Danis revealed the couple first met. @60Minutes\/X<\/p>\n

\u201cI was just a girl that met a guy running in Central Park on a really cold Saturday,\u201d she said, shrugging off the criticisms they\u2019ve received for their marriage from online trolls and unhinged influencers.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think there\u2019s anything wrong with that,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

Patrick Clancy moved to Manhattan after he found his three young children had been strangled by his ex-wife in their Massachusetts home<\/a> in January 2023.<\/p>\n

He later ran into Danis, 37, who works as a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist at an NYC-based reproductive clinic, and the two soon fell in love.<\/p>\n

Patrick Clancy moved to Manhattan after he found his three young children \u2014 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson and 8-month-old Callan \u2014 had been strangled by his ex-wife in their Massachusetts home in January 2023. Plymouth Superior Court<\/p>\n

Heartwarming photos uploaded to social media chronicle the couple\u2019s love story, including pictures of them attending the same Barry\u2019s workout class<\/a> and beaming ear-to-ear while posing together at the NYC Marathon in November 2025.<\/p>\n
