Tremont Ave. in <a href=\"https:\/\/cityneighborhoods.nyc\/west-farms\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">West Farms<\/a> when the driver, traveling north in the southbound lane, barreled into him about 5:55 a.m. and continued on with stopping, cops said.<\/p>\n<p>The victim died at the scene.
