The agency later expanded the ground stop to include flights departing Newark.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Flights were also stopped at Teterboro Airport and Philadelphia International Airport.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The ground stops then expanded to John F.
