Jannor-John
\n Marsh was
\n convicted in
\n 2018 of bank
\n fraud
\n involving
\n Capital One.
\n On June 1,
\n 2023 he
\n appeared
\n before U.S.
\n District Court
\n for the
\n Southern
\n District of
\n New York Judge
\n John P. Cronan
\n on violations
\n of supervised
\n release. Inner
\n City Press was
\n there. <\/p>\n

\u00a0The<\/p>\n

violations
\n ranged from
\n fleeing police
\n in a car that
\n crash, causing
\n Marsh’s
\n injury, to
\n consorting
\n with felon to
\n alleged bank
\n fraud in
\n Greenwich,
\n Connecticut,
\n reported up
\n there. <\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Judge Cronan
\n said he would
\n have strongly
\n considered
\n remanding
\n Marsh to
\n prison in the
\n SDNY
\n prosecutors
\n had requested
\n it. <\/p>\n

But<\/p>\n

so that he can
\n seek medical
\n treatment,
\n Marsh was
\n allowed to
\n stay out, with
\n a GPS bracelet
\n to be
\n installed on
\n the 7th floor
\n by Probation.<\/p>\n

\u00a0On<\/p>\n

June 1 he had
\n a walker.<\/p>\n

Jump<\/p>\n

cut to 2024:
\n on January 30,
\n Marsh was
\n arrested, and
\n the number of
\n specifications
\n grew to 20.<\/p>\n

On<\/p>\n

August 5,
\n 2024, Marsh
\n pled guilty to
\n Specifications
\n 1-5, 9 and
\n 18-20 and
\n sentencing was
\n set for
\n October 1 at
\n 10 am.<\/p>\n

On<\/p>\n

September 23
\n the US
\n Attorney’s
\n Office wrote
\n in, stating
\n that
\n “currently,
\n the Government
\n does not
\n intend to
\n submit a
\n sentencing
\n memo before
\n the sentencing
\n set for
\n October 1.”<\/p>\n

On<\/p>\n

October 1 he
\n got time
\n serviced and
\n two more years
\n of supervised
\n release.\u00a0
\n On April 17,
\n 2025 he was
\n arrested
\n again; a VOSR
\n proceeding was
\n set for August
\n 5.<\/p>\n

On<\/p>\n

August 1 his
\n CJA lawyer
\n wrote in, “Mr.
\n Marsh’s New
\n Jersey case
\n has been
\n dismissed.
\n However, he
\n now has a
\n pending case
\n in Westchester
\n County… “<\/p>\n

Jump<\/p>\n

cut more than
\n a year to
\n September 10,
\n 2026 when the
\n US Attorney’s
\n Office wrote
\n in with a
\n status update
\n about a Bronx
\n NYPD complaint
\n – and, in a
\n footnote, that
\n it is
\n “gathering
\n evidence as to
\n whether there
\n may be
\n separate new
\n charges
\n pending… in
\n Brooklyn.”<\/p>\n

On<\/p>\n

September 18
\n the US
\n Attorney’s
\n Office wrote
\n in again,
\n detailing a
\n charge of
\n aggravated
\n harassment
\n with a state
\n appearance set
\n for October 30
\n and asking for
\n an SDNY
\n conference but
\n not on
\n September 23,
\n 24 or 25.<\/p>\n

On<\/p>\n

September 21
\n Judge Cronan
\n set the
\n hearing for
\n September 28
\n at 11 am.<\/p>\n
