Thomasina Guzman, who was allegedly randomly slugged by hate-spewing maniac Chrissy Payne on Aug. 19, railed against the soft-on-crime justice system that repeatedly let the maniac go free \u2014 and warned it\u2019s just a matter of time before the repeat offender strikes again<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat are they waiting for? Mango for NY Post<\/p>\n \u201cThis is unjust,\u201d the victim said. \u201cThere aren\u2019t any consequences for criminals.<\/p>\n \u201cI was worried because I am aware of what\u2019s going on with the court system in the city,\u201d Guzman said. \u201cThey arrest criminals, just to put them back out on the street without bail or consequence. I want to live a normal life, but the truth is, I am really scared to take the bus. <\/p>\n \u201cThere isn\u2019t any safety left.\u201d<\/p>\n Guzman was on a city bus at Utica and Farragut avenues in Brooklyn when she was randomly assaulted, with her attacker yelling, \u201cI don\u2019t want to sit next to no white B-word,\u201d according to Brooklyn prosecutors at Payne\u2019s arraignment Sunday.<\/p>\n Chrissy Payne is charged with slugging Guzman last month, then trying to snatch a 4-year-old boy last week. NYPD<\/p>\n Payne had three other open misdemeanor assault cases against her at the time, including one also ruled a hate crime, but was still roaming around free because she was repeatedly cut loose thanks to the state\u2019s lax criminal justice system, which wouldn\u2019t let judges hold her.<\/p>\n
