He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, a black belt and black-and-white sneakers, police said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph article__paragraph--left\" id=\"7D4MCT5NLJCUJI46XAKNNF66CY\">Police have released a photo of Burgos and are asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to call the NYPD\u2019s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
