Kenn Lubin is overseeing the return of the historic Broadway-style signage, and the Irwin Seating Company is restoring the vintage seats.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ambitious project isn\u2019t just about preserving history. Plans also include a brand-new rooftop outdoor performance stage, a restaurant, a bar, and a gift store. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The famously ornate lobby will even be available to host weddings and corporate events.<\/p>\n<p>Bringing world-class entertainment to the Bronx<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/auditorium-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-401970\"  \/>Source \/ Paradise Performing Arts Center <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every borough in NYC has a major performing arts center\u2014except the Bronx. The new leadership team wants to change that.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guided by theatrical producers and real estate veterans Scott Perrin, Peter Martin, and Charles Piazza, the non-profit venue will focus heavily on community revitalization. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The PPAC\u2019s mission is to expand access to the arts in one of the city\u2019s most underserved cultural neighborhoods.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once open, the massive stage will host a curated lineup of live stage shows, concerts, stand-up comedy, family shows, dance performances, and film screenings. It will also serve as a hub for local educational events and community engagement.<\/p>\n<p>When can you visit?<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Paradise Performing Arts Center will officially launch its inaugural season in 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, you do not have to wait that long to see the breathtaking interior.
