Married Broadway stars Jenny Powers<\/a> and Matt Cavenaugh<\/a> are coming back to New York for a special family cabaret concert at 54 Below.\u00a0Keeping Up With the\u00a0Cavenaughs, set for\u00a0October 2, will both Powers and Cavenaugh and their three children.<\/p>\n

Performing with their 14 year-old son George, 11 year-old son Henry, and six year-old daughter Rose, the concert will be the family’s first-ever time performing together onstage as a group. The evening will explore their family’s dynamics through song and banter, illustrating the children as\u00a0the\u00a0stalwart George, the gregarious Henry, and the queen of the\u00a0kingdom, Rose. <\/p>\n

Powers and\u00a0Cavenaugh have appeared on Broadway in a number of shows, with Powers having originated the roles of Meg in Little Women, Gina in Happiness, Veronica Franco in Dangerous Beauty, and\u00a0Antoinette in Little Dancer, as well as starring as Rizzo in\u00a0Grease<\/a>.\u00a0Cavenaugh\u00a0has appeared on Broadway as\u00a0Tony in West Side Story<\/a>,\u00a0Joseph Kennedy Jr.\/Jerry Torre in Grey Gardens<\/a>,\u00a0and the title character in\u00a0Urban Cowboy<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n
