POUGHKEEPSIE, NY\u00a0\u2013 The Manhattan Jaspers Women’s Soccer team (4-2-1, 1-1-1 Metro), on the backs of four saves from Molly Brunk<\/a>, drew in its Metro contest against the Red Foxes from Marist\u00a0(2-6-1, 2-1-1 Metro) by a final score of 0-0 inside Tenney Stadium at Leonidoff Field\u00a0on Wednesday evening.\u00a0

\n\tMarist missed on a few shots within the first few minutes, before Brunk\u00a0made her first save of the night in the 19th minute.\u00a0
\n\tShortly after in the 21st, newcomer Baileigh Johnson<\/a> generated a shot on target of her own, with Samantha Graf recording the save on behalf of the Red Foxes.\u00a0
\n\tThe home team continued to create pressure in the offensive zone, but Brunk stayed comfortable with none of them reaching the final line of defense.\u00a0
\n\tOlivia McMaster<\/a> tallied the final three shots for Manhattan in the first half before the break, with the middle one forcing another save from Graf.\u00a0
\n\tA different tune began to play in the second half, as each side combined for three shots in the opening 90 seconds, with Brunk recording her second save of the evening.\u00a0
\n\t15 minutes nearly passed before another chance found its way to the net, as McMaster’s second shot on target didn’t break through the line in the 59th.\u00a0
\n\tWith just under 20 minutes to play, Logan Smith<\/a> received a red card, putting the Jaspers at 10 on the field the rest of the way.\u00a0
\n\tThe Red Foxes pushed with this new advantage, forcing Brunk to make two saves in 40 seconds in the 82nd and 83rd minutes.\u00a0
\n\tAs the Green and White defense stood tall, neither side could find paydirt before the horn sounded, with the squads settling for a 0-0 draw.\u00a0
