The property includes a rectory and about 265,333 square feet of land, or about six acres. Court documents put the fair market value at $15.4 million and list a cash purchase price of $15.5 million. The proposed buyer is 1380 Arthur Holdings LLC, and the property was marketed for sale in 2025. The church merged with St. Joseph-St. Thomas parish in 2017 after earlier fights to remain open.
