Prince Harry\u2019s speech at a New York City event Wednesday was cut short by a technical failure.<\/p>\n
The Duke of Sussex, 42, was about seven minutes into sharing the dangers of artificial intelligence at the the Clinton Global Initiative annual meeting when he was forced to exit the stage.<\/p>\n
The former military pilot did not return to resume his remarks for 40 minutes \u2014 and when he did, he quipped, \u201cHello, again.\u201d<\/p>\n
Harry joked that \u201cAI got into [his] speech\u201d and that it would be \u201cinteresting to see what it was so concerned about in part two.\u201d<\/p>\n

He went on to warn audience members about tech companies seeking to \u201cfind you, hook you, exploit you, break and then blame you.\u201d<\/p>\n
Harry continued, \u201cSocial media learned how to capture our attention. AI is learning how to enter our relationships. It doesn\u2019t just want your attention; it wants your attachment. It wants to be the thing you confide in.\u201d<\/p>\n
The embattled royal family member noted that he was especially passionate about the topic as a dad to two children \u2014 Prince Archie<\/a>, 7, and Princess Lilibet<\/a>, 5 \u2014 with wife Meghan Markle<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI come to this as a father,\u201d he explained to attendees. \u201cOne who has shared countless conversations with other parents as they mourned the loss of their children to recklessly built technology.\u201d<\/p>\n The interruption was due to technical issues.
