That\u2019s to say we currently have our eye on The Lirio\u2013a nine-story, newly constructed multi-family building located in the vibrant Hell\u2019s Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan at 364 W 54th Street\u2013which is offering two-bedroom units starting at just $863.<\/p>\n

The Lirio is being developed through two NYC affordable housing programs and will provide permanent affordable housing with on-site support services. <\/p>\n

60% of the building\u2019s units are reserved for low-income or formerly homeless New Yorkers and families with special needs, while the remaining 40% are available to the public through this lottery.<\/p>\n
