The Paley Museum is celebrating 100 years of NBC with an immersive blockbuster exhibit of its iconic shows and programs called \u201cNBC: A Century Together.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cNBC has not only reflected culture but shaped it. Whether it was the early days of television and radio to iconic Olympic victories, to the days of \u2018Late Night\u2019 and now streaming,\u201d said Maureen Reidy, CEO of the Paley Center for Media.<\/p>\n
The three-floor exhibit opened on Sept. 18 and offers things like costumes, artifacts, interactive photo opportunities and more from shows like \u201cThe Voice,\u201d \u201cSeinfeld,\u201d and The Office,\u201d to name a few.<\/p>\n
Reidy says the exhibit portrays NBC\u2019s impact on media and invites viewers into the experience, whether that\u2019s sitting in \u201cThe Voice\u2019s\u201d coach\u2019s chair or standing on an Olympic podium.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt’s really an opportunity for visitors to go behind the scenes and experience and interact with some of the shows that they come together with family members and friends and really experience together,\u201d said Reidy.<\/p>\n
The exhibit runs until the end of November.<\/p>\n
