Those who must travel should never walk or drive through floodwaters.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Officials also urge the public to stay indoors during periods of high wind due to hazards such as downed powerlines. <\/p>\n<p>Third Avenue Fest and Atlantic Antic rescheduled due to nor\u2019easter<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Sept. 25, 7 a.m.<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">State Sen.
