{"id":357036,"date":"2026-09-25T20:46:12","date_gmt":"2026-09-25T20:46:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/357036\/"},"modified":"2026-09-25T20:46:12","modified_gmt":"2026-09-25T20:46:12","slug":"man-fatally-stabbed-in-argument-outside-queens-restaurant-suspect-arrested","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/357036\/","title":{"rendered":"Man fatally stabbed in argument outside Queens restaurant, suspect arrested"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A 48-year-old man was stabbed to death following a quarrel outside a Colombian restaurant in Queens, and a man has been arrested for his murder, cops said Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Angel Marcelo Escalante Gamazo was arguing with his attacker outside Los Arrieros restaurant on Roosevelt Ave. near 76th St. in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/2026\/08\/14\/trio-sought-for-stabbing-good-samaritan-at-queens-subway-stop\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jackson Heights<\/a> when he was knifed around 4 a.m., police said.<\/p>\n<p>Medics rushed the victim to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nychealthandhospitals.org\/locations\/elmhurst\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Elmhurst Hospital<\/a>, where he died.<\/p>\n<p>Escalante Gamazo lived on Roosevelt Ave. just steps away from where he was killed.<\/p>\n<p>Jose L.
