He also said he&#8217;s doing well.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Iasilli opened Potenza Centrale in <a href=\"https:\/\/evgrieve.com\/2023\/11\/openings-potenza-centrale-on-avenue-b.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">November 2023<\/a>, marking his return to Avenue B a decade after his well-liked <a href=\"https:\/\/evgrieve.com\/2013\/01\/max-has-apparently-closed-on-avenue-b.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Max restaurant<\/a> closed at 51 Avenue B.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Named for the Southern Italian town where Iasilli was born and raised, Potenza Centrale specialized in square slices made with highly hydrated dough that underwent a lengthy fermentation process.
