(WIBW) &#8211; A man was arrested Sunday in connection with stalking in Manhattan, officials said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The incident was reported around 5:48 p.m. Sunday in Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">A 19-year-old man was listed as the victim. (KWCH)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Following an investigation, Riley County police officers arrested Jeremy Matthew Farr, 49, of Council Grove, at approximately 6:13 p.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of Fremont Street in Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Farr was booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with harassment by telecom device; intimidation of a witness or victim; and stalking. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Farr was released from jail after posting a $6,000 bond, officials said.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 WIBW.
