The asking rent was not disclosed, but there\u2019s no doubt that Castle Hook paid a premium. Related is seeking rents of up to $400 per square foot for the tower\u2019s upper floors, <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/real-estate\/commercial\/ralph-laurens-polo-bar-in-talks-to-move-to-a-new-office-tower-35314ee2\">the Wall Street Journal reported in July<\/a>. It is unknown whether the lease with Related represents a relocation or an expansion for the firm. A spokesperson for Related declined to comment on the deal, and the Castle Hook team did not immediately respond to a request for comment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Castle Hook\u2019s deal follows global investment firm General Atlantic\u2019s 152,000-square-foot commitment at 625 Madison Avenue, <a href=\"https:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/2026\/09\/general-atlantic-anchor-lease-related-625-madison-avenue\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">announced earlier this month<\/a>. The future anchor tenant is slated to occupy five floors. Private equity firm Veritas Capital also appeared to secure 92,743 square feet at the development, according to Colliers\u2019 August Manhattan office snapshot report.<\/p>\n<p>Ralph Lauren\u2019s Polo Bar is also in talks to relocate to Related\u2019s tower, according to WSJ, signaling the iconic restaurant\u2019s potential relocation from 1 East 55th Street.<\/p>\n<p>Related\u2019s Philippe Visser signed the mid-September deal on behalf of the developer. David Rogers, an executive officer at Castle Hook, signed for the tenant.
