Private investment platform Patricof<\/a>, which focuses on connecting professional athletes with investment opportunities, has inked a 7,500-square-foot lease at Marx Realty<\/a>\u2019s Midtown office property at 545 Madison Avenue, the landlord announced Tuesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n SEE ALSO: British Luxury Fashion Brand JW Anderson to Open at SoHo\u2019s 138 Wooster Street<\/a><\/p>\n The 10-year lease covers the entire 16th floor of the 17-story office building between East 54th and East 55th streets. The asking rent was not disclosed, but previous reporting by Commercial Observer<\/a> noted an asking rent of $145 per square foot for the building.\u00a0<\/p>\n Patricof is currently based at 34 East 51st Street, according to its website, and will relocate to Madison Avenue at the end of the first quarter of 2027.<\/p>\n \u201cPatricof\u2019s move to 545 Madison speaks to the high quality of tenants that are attracted to the distinctive design of the building,\u201d Craig Deitelzweig, president and CEO of Marx Realty<\/a>, said in a statement. \u201cThe intentional design details and sophisticated warmth create a hospitality-infused sensibility that appeals to top-tier firms, and we are delighted to welcome Patricof as it grows in a new location to 545 Madison.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n Chase Gordon and Luke Dillmeier from Transwestern<\/a> represented Patricof in this deal, while\u00a0 Tara Stacom, Peter Trivelas, Harry Blair and Remy Liebersohn from Cushman & Wakefield<\/a> represented Marx.\u00a0<\/p>\n The brokers did not immediately respond to CO\u2019s requests for comment.\u00a0<\/p>\n Marx Realty is known for its hospitality-driven approach to office management. The firm designs its workplace properties with luxury hotel-style finishes and amenities in mind, including doormen and car services.<\/p>\n 545 Madison Avenue is also known as the Baccarat<\/a> Building, as it is adorned with Baccarat crystals. Other tenants in the building include private equity firms Niobrara Capital and Vialto Group<\/a>, as well as Baccarat itself in the penthouse office.<\/p>\n
