In upstate New York, the picture is just as grim. Pantry visits across emergency food networks are up 10% year over year, and the increase is continuing to rise as we approach the holiday season.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Natasha Pernicka, CEO of the Food Pantries of the Capital Region, joined Capital Tonight to discuss the situation.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you need to locate a food pantry near you, <a href=\"https:\/\/feedingnys.org\/need-food\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">click here<\/a>.
