Canadian supermodel Linda Evangelista\u2019s West Chelsea penthouse has sold for $6.75 million, according to property records.<\/p>\n
News of the deal was first reported<\/a> by Curbed.<\/p>\n The industrial-chic home, which comes with a 2,500-square-foot terrace, was rented last year by fellow Canadian Keanu Reeves for around $45,000 a month<\/a>, when he was in town starring in Broadway\u2019s \u201cWaiting for Godot,\u201d as Gimme Shelter exclusively reported at the time.<\/p>\n The famed supermodel cabal.
