The incident happened around 1:30 early on Sunday, morning. Morris Police responded to the Taco Bell, at 1816 North Division Street, following a report of a firearm being discharged from a vehicle.<br \/>The reporting party advised police that a subject was in the Taco Bell drive-thru, causing a<br \/>disturbance at the time.<\/p>\n<p>As the vehicle left the area, a firearm was discharged out of the vehicle\u2019s window.<br \/>Morris Police and Grundy County Deputies located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on I-80 at Ashley Road. The driver is identified as 23-year-old Richard Facchina of Manhattan. He and a passenger were taken into custody. As part of the investigation,<br \/>officers reviewed surveillance footage, spoke with witnesses, collected evidence, and<br \/>interviewed the individuals involved.<br \/>Following the investigation, Facchina was charged with Unlawful Use of Weapon and Reckless Discharge of a Firearm. He was transported to the Grundy County Jail.
