AP<\/p>\n<p>At least two people had already been arrested, including one for battery, before the event got underway, police said.<\/p>\n<p>A \u201cI Voted\u201d sticker with some bloodstains on the sidewalk following a scuffle outside a TPUSA event. AP<\/p>\n<p>Riot police were still in place as attendees were spotted filing out of the venue.<\/p>\n<p>UC Berkeley Assistant Vice Chancellor Dan Mogulof said the school had been bracing for the planned protest in the lead-up.<\/p>\n<p>Agitators clash with TPUSA attendees and cops.
