{"id":361458,"date":"2026-10-01T03:04:26","date_gmt":"2026-10-01T03:04:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/361458\/"},"modified":"2026-10-01T03:04:26","modified_gmt":"2026-10-01T03:04:26","slug":"new-york-state-liquor-authority-cancels-tom-martys-liquor-license-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/361458\/","title":{"rendered":"New York State Liquor Authority Cancels Tom &#038; Marty\u2019s Liquor License | News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\">The New York State Liquor Authority has canceled the liquor license held by the company that operates Tom &amp; Marty\u2019s Town House in downtown Binghamton.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The license is held by Shea 89 Inc., which operates Tom &amp; Marty\u2019s on State Street.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The State Liquor Authority says the business failed to respond to multiple charges, including allegations involving pre-mixed drinks and a failure to conform to its license.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The authority sustained the charges and canceled the liquor license. It also imposed a $1,000 bond claim.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The business had previously faced violations involving alcohol sales to underage customers.
