On Saturday, October 3, award-winning chef Marcus Samuelsson will introduce the inaugural World of Smoke Festival, a one-day celebration of barbecue, music and global culture at Resorts World New York City in Queens, home to Chef Samuelsson\u2019s acclaimed VIBE BBQ.<\/p>\n<p>Designed for barbecue lovers, families and food adventurers of all ages, World of Smoke will showcase the extraordinary diversity of one of the world\u2019s most beloved culinary traditions. From Memphis-style American barbecue to Argentine grilling, Korean BBQ to Caribbean jerk, the festival will bring together some of the region\u2019s most exciting barbecue masters to demon\u00adstrate how different cultures put their own distinctive spin on cooking over smoke and fire.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBarbecue is a universal language,\u201d said Chef Marcus Samuelsson. \u201cEvery culture has its own traditions, flavors and techniques, and World of Smoke will bring together those traditions in one incredible celebration.
