(WIBW) &#8211; More than $30,000 was stolen from a bank account in Manhattan in an incident that was reported Wednesday evening, according to Riley County Police officials.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The report for theft-by-deception was filed around 5:57 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of S.
