A 31-year-old woman was viciously stabbed to death by her boyfriend inside their Queens apartment Wednesday \u2013 before he climbed to the roof and plunged off the seven-story building, cops and sources said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Pheona Premraji was found slashed in the face, neck and across her body \u2013 allegedly at the hands of her 32-year-old beau \u2013 just before noon inside the second-floor unit on Neilson Street near Dinsmore Avenue in Far Rockaway, authorities said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The murder weapon was discarded next to her, according to the sources.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Shortly after the murder, the alleged killer then climbed to the roof of the building, and he appeared ready to jump, witnesses said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Panicked neighbors feverishly pleaded with him to come down \u2013 some calling out in Spanish.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhen the cops came, they came flooding in kind of hot,\u201d witness Moise Guerrier, who lived on the sixth floor, told The Post.\u2029\u201dThen, he went from laying down only [on the edge of roof] to actually, like coming over it, and then he started dangling, and I guess they tried to bum rush inside to go to the roof.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe let go and [fell] pretty much head first, six stories.\u201d<\/p>\n
Cops found his bloodied, crumpled body with slash wounds to his wrists, ankles and torso. He was rushed by police to Mount Sinai South Nassau hospital in critical condition, law enforcement sources said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The beau remained in the hospital and had not been charged by Thursday afternoon.<\/p>\n
It was not immediately clear how he sustained the slash wounds.<\/p>\n

The dramatic plunge ultimately led the NYPD to discover Premraji\u2019s body, when the building superintendent told cops the jumper lived on the second floor, according to the sources.<\/p>\n
Her 69-year-old uncle, who identified himself as Harry, said his niece was dating her alleged killer for about 6 years \u2014 and said his niece claimed that her boyfriend had been abusive. <\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019s not a nice guy. He never works,\u201d Harry said. \u201cShe works all the time and he takes her money and does what he wants.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe beat her a lot of times, man. She left and came to live by me, but she would come back [to him].\u201d<\/p>\n

A second-floor neighbor said it appeared the boyfriend wanted Premraji to leave the apartment.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey fought, I knew because they would call the cops and the cops would be here,\u201d said the woman, who diddn\u2019t want to be identified. \u201cI live all the way down the hall. All I heard was yelling.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd from what I understand, he wanted her to leave, and she wouldn\u2019t leave,\u201d she added. \u201cThe apartment is his. It wasn\u2019t working out. \u2026 From what I understood, I heard him say, \u2018You need to go. Please leave.\u2019 And she says, \u2018I\u2019m not going nowhere.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s been over a year, \u2019cause the real bad fighting stories [were from] about a year ago,\u201d the resident said. \u201cBut he asked her to leave almost three years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n

A sixth-floor resident said the couple was \u201calways fighting,\u201d adding, \u201cIt\u2019s disgusting what he did to his [girlfriend].\u201d<\/p>\n
The alleged killer had four reported domestic disputes, including two involving Premraji, sources said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
On April 5, he allegedly threw Premraji\u2019s computer on the floor, and then she tossed his phone, according to the sources.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Cops were also called on Christmas Eve in 2020 when the two got into a heated fight about their relationship, the sources said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sources also said police were called when the man apparently punched his female cousin in the mouth and knocked out one of her teeth. <\/p>\n
Despite her domestic troubles, Premraji always made time for her family, according to her cousin, Akbar Khan, 47.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis generation, they live with their family once, then they don\u2019t care about family and stuff like that,\u201d Khan said. \u201cBut she\u2019d always be there for her family.\u201d<\/p>\n
He said he last spoke to his cousin just \u201ca few days ago.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cWe spoke about \u2018summer\u2019s over\u2019 and stuff like that \u2013 what we\u2019re gonna do next summer,\u201d he explained.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Premraji was particularly close with her father, who brought her from Guyana to the US as a child, according to Khan.<\/p>\n
\u201cEvery week she\u2019d go visit her father, spend time with her father, then come back to her place where she lives,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe worked so hard\u2026.to bring her here, give her an education, send her to college, and then somebody has to take her life,\u201d Khan added. <\/p>\n
