Stevie Nicks<\/a> may be known for her wonderfully witchy energy<\/a> on stage, but she decided to go full fairy mode for the New York City Ballet\u2019s fall fashion gala at the David H. Koch Theater in Lincoln Center on Thursday evening.<\/p>\n The former Fleetwood Mac member made a rare public appearance<\/a> for the gala, where she looked like a character straight out of a children\u2019s storybook. Her look centered around a romantic pink dress with a tiered skirt and layers of tulle decorated with swirling embroidery and rows of ruffles. Up top, the bubblegum base was covered with a more opaque mauve top layer, which featured bustier-style panels and shimmering gold stitching, the kind you might find on a Grimms\u2019 Fairy Tales book spine.<\/p>\n Stevie Nicks arrives to the NYC Ballet Fall Fashion Gala on October 1.<\/p>\n Nicks paired the design with a set of sandy platform heels in suede, and a chain pendant necklace with a large opal gemstone hanging from it.
