Sources say that a 13-year-old boy and his friend had gotten into an argument with a man who then chased the pair.<\/p>\n<p>When he caught up to them, he brandished a sharp object and slashed the young teen across the face before making a run for it, leaving him with a laceration.\n<\/p>\n<p>Cops from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyc.gov\/site\/nypd\/bureaus\/patrol\/precincts\/110th-precinct.page\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">110th Precinct<\/a> and paramedics responded to the incident. The boy was whisked to Harlem Hospital by EMS, where he was treated for his injury and listed in stable condition.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect is described as last seen wearing a black T-shirt with red lettering and camo pants with a baseball hat.
