\n Nov 6 \u2013 \u00a0 Jadon Robinson
\n was shot and killed in broad
\n daylight in front of the Mis
\n Antojitos juice bar in
\n Soundview, The Bronx on March
\n 9, 2021.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

\u00a0 On January
\n 14, 2024 Alieu Jarjou on an
\n indictment for the murder was
\n presented in the U.S. District
\n Court for the Southern
\n District of New York
\n Magistrates Court, which Inner
\n City Press closely
\n covers.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

\u00a0 The
\n indictment, filed under seal
\n back in August, has Special
\n Sentencing Factors. Jarjou was
\n detained. <\/p>\n

Jump cut to
\n September 10, 2025, when
\n Jarjou’s lawyer asked to push
\n a status conference from
\n December 4 to January 15, 2026
\n “due to the fact that the
\n parties remain engaged in
\n serious plea discussions.”<\/p>\n

But on November
\n 6, with trial set for May 4,
\n 2026, defense counsel wrote in
\n moving Judge Ramos to suppress
\n photo identifications and
\n other evidence.<\/p>\n

On April 3, 2026
\n the defendant pled guilty.<\/p>\n

On October 5 his
\n lawyers wrote in asking to
\n delay sentencing from October
\n 21 to December 15 at 3:30 pm.<\/p>\n
