Know of an event we should include in next week\u2019s calendar?\u00a0Email us<\/a>.<\/p>\n Upcoming housing and land use-related events:<\/p>\n NYC Affordable Housing Lotteries: The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) are closing lotteries on the following subsidized buildings over the next week.<\/p>\n Tuesday, Oct. 6 at 9 a.m.: The Landmarks Preservation Commission will meet regarding several land use applications, including a proposal to demolish a two-story garage at 406-410 MacDonough St.<\/a> in the Bedford-Stuyvesant\/Expanded Stuyvesant Heights Historic District in order to construct a new building. More here<\/a>. <\/p>\n Tuesday, Oct. 6 at 10 a.m.: The Board of Standards and Appeals will meet. More here<\/a>. <\/p>\n Tuesday, Oct. 6 at 11 a.m.: The NYC Council\u2019s Subcommittee on Zoning and Franchises will vote on the following land use applications: Fort Hamilton Mews Rezoning<\/a>, Park Avenue Brooklyn Rezoning<\/a>, Sojourner Truth \u2013 Mapes Rezoning<\/a>, 69-67 108th Street Rezoning<\/a>, 289 Kent Avenue Rezoning<\/a>, 108-05 68th Road Rezoning<\/a>, 100-12 Queens Boulevard Rezoning<\/a>, and South Richmond Designated Open Space Amendment<\/a>.
