This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Fort Greene, and Sunset Park. How did they fare?<\/p>\n

First up, in the Park Slope Historic District, a renovated two-family row house has some modern amenities along with period details like a pier mirror, moldings, and stained glass. This former Open House Pick<\/a> sold in May for $5.7 million, which was $205,000 over the asking price.<\/p>\n

In this 1890s Prospect Heights brownstone there are plenty of details to swoon over, including fretwork, stained glass, mantels, and built-ins. This former House of the Day<\/a> entered contract in May.<\/p>\n

In Fort Greene, an 1870s brownstone with four units has some historic details remaining such as wood floors, tin ceilings, and marble mantels. This former Open House Pick<\/a> was taken off the market in June.<\/p>\n

Finally, in Sunset Park, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located in an early 20th century Finnish co-op just a block away from the neighborhood\u2019s namesake park. This former Co-op of the Day<\/a> entered contract in May.<\/p>\n
