That hearing ended in a mistrial after jurors <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/2026\/09\/29\/lindsay-clancy-holdout-juror-video-michael-desronvil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">failed to unanimously agree<\/a> on whether her compromised mental state made her criminally culpable.<\/p>\n<p>Patrick and his second wife <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/60Minutes\/status\/2101814517432803405?\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">appeared on \u201c60 Minutes\u201d<\/a> last month where they announced that they\u2019ll be starting a new family.<\/p>\n<p>The couple\u2019s 700-square-foot condo in East Midtown is available for $6,550m, according to a TMZ report. (AP Photo\/Josh Reynolds, Pool, File)<\/p>\n<p>Lindsay remains hospitalized in a psychiatric unit at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/crime\/2026\/08\/21\/lindsay-clancy-trial-hospital\/91405846007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">the Tewksbury Hospital<\/a> in Massachusetts. Prosecutors haven\u2019t announced whether she\u2019ll face a second murder trial. Her defense team argues that the 36-year-old woman suffered from postpartum depression when her young kids were strangled in the family\u2019s Massachusetts home.<\/p>\n<p>Patrick hasn\u2019t been charged with wrongdoing in connection to his children\u2019s deaths.
