Emergency medical personnel transported Ramirez to a hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.<\/p>\n Police identified Carrasco as wanted in connection with the incident in an update Wednesday and released an image of him. The department\u2019s statement did not specify his relationship to Ramirez or announce any charges.<\/p>\n Sources told FOX 5 that the couple had a history of domestic violence and that police had been called to the apartment multiple times.
