Inside the car\u00a0were three passengers:\u00a0a 28-year-old man and two 29-year-old woman. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The NYPD Highway District&#8217;s Collision Investigation Squad determined that the failed to navigate the road, causing it to strike a concrete retaining wall. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">The driver, the 28-yearold male passenger and a 29-year-old woman were transported to Maimonides Hospital. The other 29-year-old female passenger refused medical attention at the scene. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-rich-text-paragraph=\"true\">Both males were in stable condition and expected to recover.
