Their injuries are not considered life-threatening, according to the NYPD.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The NYPD was not involved in the shooting, the department said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Authorities are continuing to investigate.<\/p>\n<p>Video from the scene showed numerous law enforcement personnel present at the scene. A grey vehicle with a bullet hole in the windshield could be seen in the middle of the road.<\/p>\n<p>This is a developing story.
