REUTERS<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe individual who was shot is at a nearby hospital and is currently conscious and receiving medical attention,\u201d the department said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Video footage from the scene shows police pulling a man from a silver SUV in handcuffs, while armed federal agents surround the vehicle \u2014 even as bystanders begin to gather on the sidewalk.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>One man in a construction vest with a badge around his neck roamed around the vehicle holding a semi-automatic rifle, keeping bystanders back.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey shot this n\u2014\u2013 out the car, bro,\u201d one bystander is heard sayong on one clup.\u00a0\u201cThis ain\u2019t NYPD. Obtained by NY Post<\/p>\n<p>The wounded man\u2019s injuries are not life-threatening, the sources said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was in the store on Broadway and someone said someone\u2019s getting shot,\u201d one witness to the aftermath told The Post. \u201cAnd then I came out and there was someone on the ground in handcuffs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere was a guy holding a gun\u00a0up, looking around in case someone wanted to interfere,\u201d he added. \u201cHe was ICE.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The wounded man\u2019s injuries are not life-threatening, according to law enforcement sources.
