{"id":369020,"date":"2026-10-09T16:18:45","date_gmt":"2026-10-09T16:18:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/369020\/"},"modified":"2026-10-09T16:18:45","modified_gmt":"2026-10-09T16:18:45","slug":"whitehawk-leads-560m-financing-to-support-ballys-bronx-development","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-ny\/369020\/","title":{"rendered":"WhiteHawk leads $560M financing to support Bally\u2019s Bronx development"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.whitehawkcapital.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">WhiteHawk Capital Partners LP<\/a> has closed a $560 million senior secured credit facility to support the development of Bally\u2019s Bronx, a planned 500-room hotel, casino and entertainment resort in New York City by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ballys.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Bally\u2019s Corporation<\/a>. WhiteHawk serves as agent and lead lender for the financing.<\/p>\n<p>The facility comprises $400 million of closing date term loan commitments and $160 million of delayed draw term loan commitments. Proceeds will fund pre-construction costs and development expenditures associated with the $4 billion Bally\u2019s Bronx project and provide additional liquidity for general corporate purposes.<\/p>\n<p>Bally\u2019s Bronx is planned as an integrated gaming, hospitality and entertainment destination at Ferry Point in the Bronx, featuring the hotel, a casino, an event venue, restaurants and supporting infrastructure, as well as an 18-hole championship golf course.
