WASHINGTON \u2014 President Trump announced Tuesday that Veterans Day will also be known as \u201cVictory Day for World War I\u201d \u2014 citing the US\u2019 role in forcing Germany\u2019s surrender on Nov. 11, 1918.<\/p>\n
\u201cToday is not only Veterans Day, but it\u2019s my proclamation that we are now going to be saying and calling [it] Victory Day for World War I,\u201d Trump said in a speech at Arlington National Cemetery.<\/p>\n
\u201cI saw France was celebrating \u2018Victory Day\u2019, but we didn\u2019t. And I saw France was celebrating another \u2018victory day\u2019 for World War II, and other countries were celebrating. They were all celebrated. We\u2019re the one that won the wars.\u201d<\/p>\n

I watched UK. I watched Russia.
