“If you look outside, you can see the original cornices on the building,” says listing agent Reilly Adler with the Gambino Group at Compass<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Something I really like about the Financial District is there’s so much history mixed with so many modern restaurants and stores,” Adler shares. “Because it’s such an old part of Manhattan, it doesn’t follow the traditional grid. … If you look around, it’s like a movie set.” <\/p>\n

Located on Broad Street\u2014which was a canal in the 1600s\u2014the home is conveniently located near a handful of transportation options, from a variety of subway lines to the Staten Island Ferry.<\/p>\n
