Turns out, there is more than meets the eye in Tom Welling<\/a>\u2019s recent skyline photo.<\/p>\n

\u201cHello, NYCC,\u201d Welling, 49, wrote in a since-deleted Friday, October 10, Instagram Stories post, per a screenshot obtained by Page Six<\/a>, referring to the New York Comic Con<\/a> convention currently underway.<\/p>\n

While the Smallville alum showed off his hotel view of New York City, the window accidentally caught a NSFW glimpse of Welling fully nude. Welling, who eventually deleted the image, has not further addressed the incident. Us reached out to a rep for the actor for comment.<\/p>\n

Welling recently traveled to New York City for its local Comic Con, which will feature a special 25th anniversary reunion panel of the Smallville cast<\/a>. He notably starred as Clark Kent a.k.a Superman.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think for Clark, he got to relax and have a little sarcasm and a little bit of fun,\u201d Welling recalled of his character\u2019s romance with Erica Durance\u2019s Lois Lane on a recent episode of the \u201cInside Of You\u201d podcast<\/a>. \u201cBefore, it was the weight of the world, you know, emotionally, you didn\u2019t get to see that side. That\u2019s what I saw come out in Clark through the Lois relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n

While Clark and Lois\u2019 teen romance<\/a> remains a staple of Smallville lore, Welling enjoyed a certain arc even more.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s \u2018Transference\u2019 when Clark and Lionel switch bodies,\u201d he recalled of his favorite episode. \u201cI don\u2019t know if it\u2019s a perfect episode, but I just remember being like, \u2018I got to put my big boy shoes on for this one, like, this is John Glover\u2019s character.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Glover, 82, appeared on the CW hit as the villainous<\/a> Lionel Luthor, who infamously swapped places with Clark in prison during season 4.<\/p>\n

According to Welling, Glover had allegedly struggled to master Clark\u2019s stillness.<\/p>\n

\u201cJohn\u2019s in a cell. And I go over to him, [and ask], \u2018John, what\u2019s going on?\u2019 And he goes, \u2018Tom, how do you do it?\u2019\u201d Welling added. \u201cAnd I go, \u2018What?\u2019 He goes, \u2018How do you do nothing? You just stand there.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cObviously, I look up to him as one of the greatest actors I\u2019ll ever be around in my life, and we had a brief conversation. I don\u2019t know if it\u2019s what I said but maybe how I said it that [about] my vibe, and he sort of settled into something.
