WhiteHawk Capital Partners led a $560 million senior secured credit facility supporting Bally\u2019s planned $4 billion casino and entertainment development in the Bronx. WhiteHawk is serving as agent and lead lender for the financing.<\/p>\n

The facility includes $400 million of term loan commitments available at closing and another $160 million of delayed-draw term loan commitments.<\/p>\n

Proceeds will support pre-construction expenses and development costs related to Bally\u2019s Bronx.<\/p>\n

The financing also provides additional liquidity for general corporate purposes.<\/p>\n

Bally\u2019s Bronx is planned as an integrated gaming, hospitality, and entertainment destination at Ferry Point.<\/p>\n

Plans include a casino, 500-room hotel, event venue, restaurants, supporting infrastructure, and an 18-hole championship golf course.<\/p>\n

Bally\u2019s was one of three gaming companies awarded New York City-area casino licenses on December 15, 2025.<\/p>\n

The other projects are Hard Rock Metropolitan Park in Queens near Citi Field and Resorts World New York City at Aqueduct Racetrack.<\/p>\n

The financing is intended to support Bally\u2019s through design, permitting, and other development work as the company prepares to arrange comprehensive construction financing.<\/p>\n
